PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

  1. Booking Confirmation and Payment

All bookings must be confirmed in writing through email or WhatsApp.

To secure your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total invoice amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid on your arrival, on property.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp, and will be effective only once acknowledged.

  • Cancellations made betwee 14 – 7 days before the arrival date will incur a charge of 30% of the invoice amount.
  • Cancellations made within 6 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the invoice amount.

Guests also have the option to reschedule their reservation for up to 4 months, with the deposit applied to the new reservation.

3. Payment

As required by Tanzanian law, non-residents must make payments in foreign convertible currencies. You may transfer the amount to our bank account or use a Visa or Mastercard through a secure online payment platform (subject to a 3.5% fee).

Payment options include:

  • Wire Transfer or Cash Deposit (details provided in the invoice)
  • Credit Card (4% fee applies)

Please be aware that international wire transfers may incur additional fees from intermediary banks, which are not covered by the transaction fees and might not be reflected in bank statements. Therefore, the amount received by Coral Cliff Villas may differ from the amount transferred. Any discrepancy must be settled with the service bill at checkout.

Your bank should provide a SWIFT copy of the transaction upon request, detailing all associated bank charges.
